Playing with colour and light. I gotta start doing B&W painting to study Lighting.

One question, does the picture look blurry when zoomed to 100%?

I love the traditional feel of this landscape. At first, you feel as if it's just a beautiful landscape with a waterfall, some fir trees, and an old oak, but when you look closer, Celestia's castle catches your eye, and you instantly recognize many other places from the series, such as the fir trees in Fir Tree Forest. The blue orb hints at that fantastical feel in the painting, you just have to look for it. I love how this artwork pulls you in and entices you to look into it more. I don't think it looks blurry when zoomed in 100%, you see all of the brush strokes! Overall, this piece is beautiful, though I feel you should make a hint at individual blades of grass, clouds, etc., because some things you sort of blended together by not adding as much detail, and that leads you to focus on it less.

This is fantastic! I like how you've captured the glow from the blue orb and how everything matches the calm sunset. It has a very nice warm fantasy feel to it. No, it doesn't look blurry when in 100% zoom as you asked, it looks just fine. I like how the tree's leaves are simple strokes but still keep a realistic look. The clouds need to be a tad pinker, but not very much. The whole thing is very realistic and beautiful. The grass on the hill the tree is on needs to stand out a bit more on the edges, it looks a bit flat in my opinion. Other than that, great job!
